Welcome! I’m Mihal Taiber I’ve been working as a therapist since 2014, and in 2019, I relocated from Israel to the UK- a move that sparked a meaningful personal and professional transformation.

With a degree in psychology and a diploma in animal-assisted therapy, I’ve spent years working closely with children and families facing a wide range of emotional and behavioural challenges. My early work focused on supporting young children with behavioural difficulties and juvenile delinquency, helping them develop healthier coping strategies, emotional regulation, and stronger social skills. I’ve also worked extensively with young adults processing trauma, anxiety, and emotional distress, guiding them toward resilience and healing.

ABOUT

Mihal Taiber

Over time, I’ve developed a deep understanding of the unique needs of neurodiverse children and their families. Whether supporting children with autism, ADHD, or sensory processing differences, I tailor my approach to meet each child where they are building trust, fostering communication, and creating a safe space for growth. I also work closely with parents and caregivers, offering guidance, emotional support, and practical tools to strengthen family dynamics and empower them in their parenting journey.

I offer home visit therapy for children and individuals who find it difficult to leave the house, ensuring that support is accessible and delivered in a familiar, comfortable setting. Sessions are also available online in both Hebrew and English, providing flexibility for families and individuals across different locations.

In addition to my therapeutic work, I hold a diploma in spiritual counselling, which allows me to integrate deeper emotional insight when appropriate. My approach is holistic and person-centered, always focused on the unique needs, strengths, and goals of the individual or family.

I look forward to supporting you and your loved ones with compassion, clarity, and care.
